What is Forked Creek Market?

Forked Creek Catering’s first priority is creating customized catering menus around each client’s needs, preferences, event style, and budget.

Forked Creek Market was created as a convenient option for smaller events, 5 to 50 guests, and drop-off catering such as business lunches, dinners, family meals, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, and similar gatherings.

Market menus make ordering simple while still allowing customers to customize many of their selections. For larger events – 51+ guests, weddings, or clients needing staffed service or a more fully customized menu, we recommend requesting a custom catering proposal.

Do you cater weddings and smaller events?

Yes. Forked Creek Catering provides customized catering for weddings, corporate events, showers, rehearsal dinners, family gatherings, and other celebrations.

For smaller events of approximately 5–50 guests where drop-off catering is appropriate and serving staff are not needed, Forked Creek Market offers a convenient way to order online while still allowing customization of many menu selections.

For larger events, weddings, or events that require staffed service, setup, or a more fully customized menu, we recommend requesting a custom catering proposal.

How do I request a custom catering proposal?

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and popular dates.
Forked Creek Market, China Rental and Custom Catering may be booked up to 18 months in advance, subject to availability.

How much notice is required for a Market order?

Forked Creek Market requires at least two business days’ notice. Business days are Monday through Friday. For example, an order placed on Monday may be scheduled for Wednesday pickup or delivery.

What is the service area for the Market / Catering?

Forked Creek Catering serves Spring Hill and surrounding Middle Tennessee areas. Market delivery is available within our approved delivery area, and pickup is also available. Delivery availability and fees are shown during checkout. Custom catering and China Rental are not subject to a specific delivery area.

Do we offer delivery and pickup?

Yes. Forked Creek Market offers both delivery and pickup.
Pickup is free. Delivery is available for an additional fee based on the delivery location and is calculated at checkout.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred time within your selected delivery or pickup window. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate that request, but exact times are not guaranteed.

Do you provide plates, utensils, serving pieces, or china?

Yes. Disposable dinnerware and other add-ons may be available through the Market’s Complete Your Order section. Forked Creek Catering also offers china rental for events that need a more formal place setting.

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?

Yes. Vegetarian and vegan options are available through Forked Creek Market and may also be incorporated into custom catering proposals.

Do you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed dietary needs when possible. However, our food is prepared in environments where common allergens may be present, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or the complete absence of cross-contact.

Can I change or cancel my Market order?

Yes, subject to our cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms.

Can I reduce or increase my order after it is placed?

Orders may not be reduced in quantity or value, and items may not be removed after the order is placed.

Requests to increase quantities or add items may be considered up to three calendar days before service, subject to availability and production capacity.

Forked Creek Catering is based in Spring Hill, Tennessee.

How long have we been in business?

Our passion for catering and hospitality has been part of our lives for many years, and Forked Creek Catering officially got off to a strong start in 2023. Since then, we’ve continued growing through weddings, corporate events, private gatherings, and smaller catered celebrations throughout Middle Tennessee.
