For Forked Creek Market orders, the Market cancellation and credit terms shown below apply.

More than 30 days before service
Orders cancelled more than 30 calendar days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a refund of 50% of the amount paid.

30 days or fewer before service
If an order is cancelled 30 calendar days or fewer before the scheduled service date, the customer may choose one of the following:

Refund Option: Receive a refund equal to 25% of the amount paid.

Account Credit Option: Instead of a cash refund, the customer may choose to receive a future Forked Creek Catering account credit equal to the amount paid, less a $150 cancellation charge.

Account credits are not redeemable for cash and are valid for 90 days from the date issued. Any unused balance remaining after the expiration date is forfeited.

Date Changes & Rescheduling

All date-change requests are subject to Forked Creek Catering’s availability.

Requests made more than 30 calendar days before the original scheduled service date may be accommodated without a rescheduling fee, provided Forked Creek Catering is available on the requested new date.

Requests made 30 calendar days or fewer before the original scheduled service date are subject to a $150 rescheduling fee.

If Forked Creek Catering cannot accommodate the requested new date and the customer elects not to keep the original service date, the applicable cancellation/refund policy above will apply.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

Payment-processing fees that are not returned to Forked Creek Catering may be deducted from an approved refund where permitted.

Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy should be read together with the Forked Creek Catering Master Terms & Conditions and any applicable catering or rental agreement. If a service-specific agreement contains different cancellation or refund terms, the service-specific agreement controls.
